Born from my own journey of self-prioritization and discipline, I began this journey in November 2023, when I committed to transforming into the best version of myself. I affirmed this metamorphosis over my life and began to take the necessary steps to align my actions with my words, prayers and new beliefs.
Since then, my spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health have improved. However, I realized that when life gets good for us, we often time neglect the rituals, practices and tools that brought us closer to that space of joy, harmony and fulfillment; forgetting that those practices are needed to help us sustain that high vibrational energy. Thus, we end up reverting to old habits and detrimental beliefs.
I decided that this would no longer be my story because I deserve better and sweet soul, you do too.
