About De La Jipi Apothecary & Botanica

De La Jipi (Pronounced De-La-Hippie) is an online apothecary and botanica, wellness oasis and sacred community based in New York City. Our mission is to support and empower black and brown communities on their spiritual wellness journeys through our intentionally created offerings. Our goal is to help our communities reclaim their power, remember their magick, beauty and divinity, reclaim access to ancestral traditions and practices as well as ensuring the sustainability of such practices.

Our diverse line of reiki infused products includes healing crystal jewelry, natural bath and body items, herbal teas and tinctures, as well as spiritual tools such as incense, crystals and sage. Additionally, we offer services such as natal chart readings, home cleanses and spiritual herbalism consultations.

At De La Jipi, we emphasize wholistic and spiritual wellness by focusing on remembrance, embodiment, sacred adornment, glamour magick, ancestral veneration, art therapy, and communal healing.

About Founder, Sky Britnei

Sky Britnei is a NYC based multi-disciplinary spiritual and wholistic wellness practitioner, artist and bruja. She is trained, certified, and spiritually guided in various practices including breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, spiritual herbalism, crystal healing and chakra healing.

Additionally, she works as an astrologer, author, and wellness guide, focusing on empowering black and brown communities on their spiritual and wellness paths. She is dedicated to making wellness accessible and sustainable for all, but especially for the communities that she occupies.

With over 10 years of experience is the spiritual and wholistic wellness industry, Sky Britnei received her B.A in Psychology with a focus on Art Therapy in 2015. Since then she has studied under master herbalist Empress Karen Rose and Sacred Womb Practitioner, Queen Afua. She has completed additional studies with Three Jewels Yoga Studio, My Vinyasa Practice, Arbor Vitae, Soul Remember Academy, Herbal Academy, Cornell and Bank of America Woman in Business program and is currently enrolled in Brooklyn Libraries PowerUp! Business Competition.
