De La Jipi is an online apothecary and botánica, wellness oasis and sacred community committed to empowering Black and Brown individuals on their journey towards remembrance, healing and over all well-being.
Rooted in art, wholistic wellness and community, De La Jipi was founded in 2015 by Sky Britnei, a Brooklyn based Wholistic Wellness Practitioner, Spiritual Herbalist, Sacred Adornment Artist, Energy Healer and Author.
De La Jipi first began as a brand specializing in creating one of a kind healing crystal jewelry and sacred adornments as a means for founder Sky to heal through creating wearable art.
As Sky's passion for art and wellness expanded, the offerings evolved to include small-batch wholistic skincare crafted with herbs and cold-pressed oils, spiritual tools, plant medicine, various forms of art and magick, e-books, community events, a membership program, and more.
At De La Jipi, the mission is to be of service to community by making spiritual and wholistic wellness accessible and sustainable for Black and Brown bodies.
Grounded in sacred African, Caribbean, Indigenous, and Latinx practices, we aim to guide our community towards mind, body, and soul care. We empower community and self healing through remembrance, health-conscious living, ancestral veneration, honoring the divine feminine, beauty practices, rituals, spirituality, and beyond.
Our goal is to empower you on your remembrance journey — a journey of rediscovering your inner magick and divinity — through art, wellness, ancestral traditions and communal practices. In this space, we want to remind you that you are worthy of sacredly adorning yourself and being part of a community that celebrates your uniqueness, your wholeness and your soul essence.
